The following is from an email, It is for information only!

Good Afternoon!
My name is Cara Muhlenkamp and I am the manager of the Mercer County Fairgrounds located in Celina, Ohio.  The fairgrounds are located 45 minutes southwest of Lima, Ohio.  We are also conveniently just a short drive from Interstate 75 and 69.

The Mercer County Fairgrounds is located just a few short blocks from Grand Lake.  Grand Lake is 13,500 acres and is a manmade lake that started in 1837.

We have held various camping rally’s at our facility.  Most recently this year was the Monaco International Camping Rally in July and later that month was the Knights of Columbus Family Camp Out.  In the past we have held the Gypsy Journal Rally and the Gold Wing Rally.

We also welcome campers that are passing through the area on a weekly basis.  Many who stay with us are members of Passport America or Good Sams.

Last fall we underwent a major campground improvement project.   All of our full hook up sites have been upgraded and new driveways installed.  Further plans include an installation of gravel pads for the full hook up sites.

We would appreciate if you would pass our information along to your organization.  If you are in the area sometime please stop in and we would be happy to give you a tour.

I look forward to hearing from you.
