June13 to 16, 2024 is at the Branch County Fairgrounds, Coldwater Mi. and is our shared rally with
Chapter 51. The Shared rally in the past was known as the Tri-rally but Chapter 36 disbanded.
All Escapee members are welcome to attend.

August 22 to 25, 2024 is our 40th Anniversary being held at the Ionia Free Fair as we know as the
County Fairgrounds however it is called the Ionia Free Fair and located in Ionia, Mich.

I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I am Wendy Stanwood your New Chapter/BoF Director. I am sure many of you if not all have read my bio that was posted. I am very excited to be a part of the Escapees Team and helping all of you (if) when needed. I would like to offer my time to you via zoom, speaker phone or the best connection for you at your meetings if you would like me to sit in. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to me as I do believe in an open-door policy.
First thing, I would like to let you all know that there has been a phone system update. Due to this update the new system does not support the Chapter/BoF voice mail. If any of you used the system in this way, may I suggest that you send out an email to the members regarding this change and that all future updates will need to be in this format. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Second thing, I would like to talk about is Quartzite. Our Party on Plomosa is almost here. January 25th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm will be our gather time and party. The party is free to all, they do not need to be Escapee members. We will have free food and water provided. Everyone should bring their own chairs and your favorite beverages. Our entertainment will be with the Status Crows in the Xscapers trailer. We will have tables for the Chapters and BoFs to set up if you would like to display your information to recruit. If you would like to participate, please send me an email and let me know.
Third thing is Escapade. Escapade will be here faster than any of us know it. We will have the ROW set up just as we have in the past. I know that a few of you have told Lockie that you were going to be there, but if you could please send me an email to confirm that info it would be wonderful. If there are any Chapters or BoFs who would like to have a table at the ROW, can you please let me know as soon as possible. The ROW is always a wonderful thing to do, to recruit new member sign ups. We have many new members in the club, and I am confidante that we can get some new active members involved in our fun Chapters/BoFs. I am very much looking forward to having a social hour, and a meeting with the officers. Date and time for these events are being set up. I will send an update to everyone with all the details soon. For your convenience I have included the Escapade information for you to look over.
