The Michigan Quilt is ready to put together! Some of the blocks are pieced, some painted, some embroidered, some appliqued, and
some include photos. What a wonderful
variety of techniques and representation of our wonderful state. More blocks were made than expected, so, we
plan to also make a table runner.
Chapter 6 members had an opportunity to comment/suggest on the lay-out
of the quilt at the Alma Rally. Thanks
for all the comments! The last block expected, was received this week. The plan is to piece the quilt top in November, and quilt it in January. The quilt should be ready at the Tri-Rally in
Wooster!
