Escapees RV Club - Chapter #6 - Michigan Area Chartered on September 9,1984, Great Lakes Chapter #6 now averages 150 member families. Our Geographic area is the state of Michigan; however, we are proud to have members from all over the country. We are very committed to the Escapee philosophy of “Caring and Sharing”. We pride our selves on leading the way in gathering donations for the Escapee’s CARE program. Check the Upcoming Rallies in the Pages menu below.

Quartzsite and next Escapade

Escapees Chapter/BOF Directors and want to let you all know that the Quartzite National Happy Hour is January 19, 2022 from 2pm to 6pm and will have the Escapees Freedom one event trailer present with Status Crowes performing live on the stage. Food will be provided. And if chapters want to have a table on the row to share information about their chapter, all that is needed is a table and chair or two and I’ll need to acknowledge by Dec. 15th 2021 if our chapter will be present on the row. Our Chapter/BOF directors will need to Plan for our attendance to the row. .

Activities

We share in hosting a joint rally with chapters 36 & 51 in June of each year. We also hold rallies in July and September somewhere in the state of Michigan and we have an informal gathering in Quartzsite Arizona each January at the beginning of the Annual Quartzsite RV Show. And a luncheon in Foley Alabama each January.

We make every effort to be represented on Chapter Row at each Escapade.

We believe that Escapee’s Chapter #6 is your extended family. We do our best to make everyone welcome and comfortable at all of our activities.

We also publish a newsletter (Shorelines) three times a year to keep our members informed of events and activities.

While you do not have to be a member of Chapter 6 to participate in any of our activities, you do have to be a member to receive our newsletter in the mail.
